The ASTR is accepting registrations through the link above. Inside the registration system, you will see a variety of tabs. Here is some brief information about what each tab is about and what to do on that tab.
Attendance: Choose what days and events you will be attending. If you are attending virtually, please only choose the virtual attendance option. If you are attending in-person, please do not choose the virtual attendance option.
Travel: Choose the option regarding your lodging. (Most people will be choosing “I need a hotel reservation”.) Once you click “Save and Proceed”, please fill out the questions related to reserving a room. You will be paying for your room on-site at the hotel. If you are planning to room with another attendee, you both must request each other as roommates.
Extra Info: You are required to answer the questions on this page. The local arrangements committee needs to know if you need vegan options, have medically based food allergies, and whether you need additional tour day and banquet tickets. (Any additional tickets will be paid for on-site.) The ASDAL Membership Coordinator would like to know what type of ASDAL membership that you have.
Payment: Choose the appropriate fee. You can pay via a credit card or PayPal. If you need to have your Division pay on your behalf, it is your responsibility to make that request of the Division Treasurer, who will then send authorization of your request to archives@gc.adventist.org, so that ASTR staff can then allow your registration to complete.
Submit: Even if you have saved your registration, it is not submitted until you have clicked the “Submit Registration” button. If you still have the red bar at the top of your registration, it has not yet been submitted.
